Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, role based in Bengaluru East. This role is responsible for managing existing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships within the doors, windows, and furniture segment. The Account Executive will coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, handle customer queries and issue resolution, and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, client relationship building, and negotiation.
• Ability to understand and explain technical product features related to doors, windows, and furniture to customers.
• Experience in preparing quotations, managing order pipelines, and maintaining accurate documentation or CRM records.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and influence stakeholders at different levels.
• Basic knowledge of the building materials, interior design, or construction industry is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent productivity tools; familiarity with CRM or sales management software is a plus.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple client accounts.
• Comfortable working on-site in Bengaluru East
