Role- US IT Recruiter
Location- Chandigarh (Upcoming Office)
Note: Candidates will be required to work onsite in our Noida office for the first 2 months as part of onboarding and training. After that, they can work remotely.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in US Staffing to identify, engage, and hire top IT talent across the United States. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals, work on direct client requirements for US clients.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and networking channels to build talent pipelines.
• Conduct candidate qualification calls, technical screening, and interview coordination.




• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Maintain compliance with client hiring processes and documentation requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong database of IT talent across the US market.

Required Skills
• 3 to 8 years of US Staffing experience with a focus on working with W2 hiring models.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
