Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager (Pharma) role based in Mumbai, with 3 vacancies available. The Area Sales Manager will oversee pharmaceutical sales activities within an assigned territory, including managing distributor and retailer relationships, generating new business, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting Medical Practitioners and pharmacies, promoting products, monitoring market trends, and executing territory-level sales plans. The role involves managing Daily Reporting of MR's coordinating with internal teams for order processing, inventory management,



and timely collections, as well as reporting sales performance and market feedback to senior management. The Area Sales Manager will also support promotional activities, product launches, and training initiatives to strengthen market presence.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare product sales, preferably in an area or territory management role.
• Strong skills in relationship management, negotiation, and customer service to effectively work with doctors, chemists, and distributors.
• Ability to plan and execute territory coverage, manage targets, and analyze sales data and market trends.
• Positive communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English and local languages as needed.
• Familiarity with basic MS Office tools and reporting practices for maintaining sales records and preparing performance reports.
