Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Sous Chef – Continental to join our kitchen team for a new opening in Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Continental cuisine, kitchen operations, food quality, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Continental section.
• Prepare and ensure consistent quality of Continental dishes as per company standards.
• Supervise and guide the kitchen team during daily operations.
• Ensure proper mise en place and timely food preparation.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and food quality.
• Follow standardized recipes, SOPs, and food safety standards.
• Monitor food storage, inventory, and proper utilization of ingredients.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef and other kitchen sections for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in the kitchen.




• Control food wastage and maintain efficient use of raw materials.
• Support menu execution and new product development when required.
• Train and develop junior kitchen team members.

Requirements• Proven experience as a Sous Chef / Senior Chef in Continental cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Continental cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
• Experience in restaurants, lounges, bars, hotels, or similar hospitality establishments preferred.
• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and inventory control.
• Strong team-handling and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.
• Candidates with experience in Lounge & Bar operations will be preferred.
