Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Key Skills
• Proficiency in NX / Solid Edge for 3D CAD modeling, drafting, and simulation.
• Experience in handling customer queries and providing technical software support.
• Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering practices.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to customers using NX/Solid Edge software.
• Troubleshoot software-related issues and guide customers on best practices.
• Conduct product training and user demonstrations for customers.
• Assist customers with software implementation and deployment.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Travel to customer locations as required for support, training, and implementation.
Other Requirements
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as per business requirements.
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
