Role Description The Customer Relations Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with students and families, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the counseling journey. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining admission counseling services, scheduling and confirming appointments,
and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role involves following up with students on documentation, form-filling support, timelines, and next steps, while addressing concerns and escalating issues when needed. The executive will collaborate closely with counselors and the operations team to improve service quality, track feedback, and support customer satisfaction initiatives. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai.
