Role Description The Business Development Associate (WFO) will work full time on-site from the BrightCHAMPS office in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and nurturing prospective leads,



conducting market research to understand customer needs and competitive trends, and presenting BrightCHAMPS’ offerings to potential clients and partners. The associate will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned leads, including outreach, follow-ups, product demonstrations, and closing opportunities. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align growth initiatives, and meeting defined revenue and performance targets. The role also requires continuous learning about BrightCHAMPS products and the edtech market to communicate value effectively and build long-term relationships.
