Chandigarh University, Lucknow is looking for an experienced and student-focused Assistant Director – Student Care to lead and strengthen the student support ecosystem. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of student concerns, effective coordination with various university departments, and delivery of a seamless student experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in student care, student services, administration, operations, or a related domain, with excellent coordination, problem-solving, and team-management skills.

Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• University-level experience will be an added advantage.

Experience:
• 6–8 years of relevant skilled experience in Student Care, Student Services, Student Affairs, Administration, Operations, or a closely related domain.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in student grievance handling, student support services, and university/educational institution operations will be preferred.





Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage the Student Care function as a central point of support for student concerns and service-related queries.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of student issues related to hostel, transport, academics, examinations, accounts, administration, sports, and other university services.
• Establish a structured single-window student support mechanism for receiving, tracking, and resolving student concerns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex or cross-functional student concerns.
• Ensure students receive clear communication, appropriate guidance, and timely updates throughout the resolution process.
• Identify recurring student concerns and recommend process improvements and preventive measures.
• Develop and maintain effective student support processes, escalation mechanisms, and service standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to student queries
