About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Amazon Advertising Manager to support the execution and optimisation of Amazon Advertising campaigns across six international marketplaces (US, UK, DE, FR, IT, and ES). This hands-on role focuses on campaign creation, optimisation, reporting,



and identifying growth opportunities across a broad FBM custom product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns across six Amazon marketplaces.
• Create campaigns for new product launches and existing product lines, managing targeting, budgets, bidding, placements, and campaign structures in Amazon Seller Central.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance through bid management, keyword optimisation, search term harvesting, and ongoing performance analysis.
• Identify performance trends, coverage gaps, and growth opportunities, recommending actions to improve sales and efficiency.
• Support testing initiatives, maintain campaign reporting, and collaborate with Creative, Commercial, and Channel teams to deliver advertising priorities.
• Utilise AI tools to improve efficiency while validating outputs
