? Position: Customer Service Support Executive
? Salary: ₹15,000/month
? Location: Lucknow | Work From Office
? Education: B.Tech / Engineering Background
? Experience: Minimum 1 Year
? Key Responsibilities• Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
• Assist customers with product/software-related issues.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Update all customer-related activities and tasks on the CRM.




• Identify recurring issues and communicate them to the concerned team.

? Requirements• B.Tech / Engineering background preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, technical support, client servicing, or a related role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of software/CRM platforms.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
• Good command of English and Hindi.
