Role Description

• We are seeking a high performing Business Development professional with a demonstrated track record in B2B revenue generation, international client acquisition, and high value deal origination and closure across IT Services, SaaS, Digital, or Design led solutions.
• This role requires an individual who can independently own the full sales lifecycle from market mapping and ICP identification through prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, and closure.
• The ideal candidate will possess exceptional executive communication, consultative selling capability, commercial acumen, and strong stakeholder management skills, with proven exposure to selling into global markets and senior decision makers.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the end to end business development lifecycle,



including market research, prospect identification, outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
• Build and execute target account strategies aligned with defined ICPs, verticals, geographies, and revenue objectives.
• Drive new logo acquisition across international markets through strategic outbound and relationship led channels.
• Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline, ensuring disciplined pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and consistent progression across sales stages.
• Engage C level executives, founders, business leaders, and key decision makers through consultative and value led sales conversations.
• Conduct structured discovery and needs analysis to identify business challenges, buying triggers, commercial priorities, and solution fit opportunities.
