About the role: Solve complex, real-world business problems using Data Science, Statistics, AI and Automation. You will go beyond basic analysis to build statistical models, deploy predictive analytics, and drive data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

• Build data pipelines to collect, clean, validate and analyse large datasets, and turn them into actionable insights.
• Apply statistical and ML techniques: EDA, hypothesis testing, regression, forecasting, classification, clustering.
• Research AI, GenAI and automation opportunities for business and process improvement.
• Build production-grade dashboards, analytical scripts, automation workflows and internal tools with Python, SQL, APIs and GenAI frameworks.
• Own data science projects end to end,



from research to deployment and iteration.
• Present models and findings clearly to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Need

• M.Sc / M.Tech / M.E / Ph.D in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, AI/ML, Operations Research or related fields, preferably from a premier institute.
• 3+ years as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst or Statistical Modeler.
• Advanced Python, SQL and R (statistical computing).
• Proven experience deploying ML models and building advanced data visualisations.
• Strong grounding in statistics, probability and predictive modelling.
• Solid project management, problem solving and communication.

Work set-up: 6 days a week from office (Mumbai or Surat). Immediate joiners preferred (15 days or less).
