Role Description The Property Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Property Advisor will guide prospective buyers and investors through property options, explaining features, pricing, and investment potential, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits,



managing inquiries, following up with leads, and providing accurate information on availability, legal documentation, and financial aspects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for property listings, marketing activities, and transaction support, as well as maintaining updated knowledge of local real estate trends and regulations. The Property Advisor will also prepare basic reports, maintain client records, and support closing of deals in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications

• Solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Property Management, including handling listings, coordinating site visits, and understanding property features.
• Knowledge of Investments, with the ability to explain property as an asset class and discuss returns and risks in simple terms.
