The Sales Manager Credit Cards role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for driving credit card sales through direct customer engagement, branch-level activities, and partnerships, ensuring monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets are achieved. The Sales Manager will identify and nurture leads, manage a sales pipeline, conduct product presentations, and guide customers through the application process while ensuring adherence to compliance, documentation, and KYC norms. The position involves monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to support product positioning and promotional campaigns. The Sales Manager will also mentor and support frontline sales staff, coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations, and maintain high standards of customer service and ethical selling practices.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, with proven experience in retail banking, credit cards, or financial products.
• Customer relationship management abilities, including prospecting, negotiation,



and post-sales support.
• Sound understanding of credit card products, risk and compliance norms, and basic underwriting parameters.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics, market data, and customer segments to drive targeted acquisition strategies.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain complex financial products clearly.
• Experience leading or guiding sales teams, with a focus on performance tracking and coaching.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office applications, and digital banking platforms for reporting and coordination.
• High level of integrity, results orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
