Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage end-to-end LCL (Less than Container Load) import and export operations. The role involves planning and executing consolidation shipments, coordinating with global partners and shipping lines, ensuring compliance with documentation and customs requirements, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete LCL import and export shipment operations.
• Plan and execute consolidation and deconsolidation activities.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, co-loaders, shipping lines, customers, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely shipment execution, space planning, and schedule management.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation including HBL, MBL, invoices, packing lists, and manifests.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and timely filing of required documentation.




• Monitor shipment movement and proactively address operational challenges.
• Communicate shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and system updates.
• Monitor service quality, turnaround times, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Support team members and ensure adherence to operational procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in Ocean Freight Operations with solid exposure to LCL shipments.
• Hands-on experience in consolidation planning and console management.
• Good understanding of international freight forwarding, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Experience working with overseas
