Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence within the CNC machining and related manufacturing sectors.



Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company goals and pricing policies. The role involves close collaboration with production, engineering, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and delivered. The Manager will also analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and contribute to sales strategies and marketing initiatives to support revenue growth. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara.
