Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Pharmacist for our Mumbai dark store operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper handling, storage, dispensing, and compliance of medicines as per applicable pharmacy and drug regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations at the dark store.
• Ensure medicines are stored as per prescribed temperature and storage requirements.
• Verify prescriptions and ensure medicines are dispensed accurately.
• Monitor expiry, near-expiry, damaged, and short-expiry products.
• Maintain proper inventory and stock records.
• Ensure compliance with Drug Licence and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain all required pharmacy registers, records, and documentation.
• Ensure proper handling of Schedule H/H1 and other regulated medicines as applicable.
• Coordinate with operations and inventory teams for stock discrepancies and replenishment.




• Conduct regular checks for inventory hygiene, product quality, and storage conditions.
• Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Report any regulatory, inventory, or operational issues to the concerned team.

Required Qualification
• D.Pharm / B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
• Valid Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council registration.
• Valid/eligible Drug Licence compliance knowledge.
• Previous experience in retail pharmacy, e-pharmacy, warehouse pharmacy, or dark-store operations will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pharmacy inventory and software/WMS operations.
• Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate
• Experience in pharmacy / e-pharmacy / dark store operations.
• Basic understanding of prescription handling and medicine categorization.
