Key Responsibilities
• Develop space planning and 2D layouts for residential/commercial projects.
• Convert client requirements and concepts into practical design solutions.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and project assessments.
• Prepare furniture layouts, electrical drawings, and soft furnishing selections.
• Obtain client approval for layouts and item lists before proceeding with detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with the Design Manager for design approvals.
• Collaborate with the 3D Visualizer to create realistic project views.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback when required.
• Prepare project estimations and final production drawings.
• Coordinate with the execution and project teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in interior design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid time management and organizational abilities.
