Hiring: Senior Salesforce Developer | 7+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Industries (OmniStudio/Vlocity), Salesforce development, and CI/CD.
Location: Bangalore preferred | Open to candidates across India
Experience: 7+ Years
Must-Have Skills
• 3+ years of Salesforce Industries (OmniStudio/Vlocity) experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• OmniScripts
• FlexCards
• DataRaptors
• Integration Procedures
• Decision Tables
• Expression Sets
• Salesforce Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows & SOQL
• Hands-on experience with Copado & GitHub-based CI/CD
• Experience with Vlocity to OmniStudio Core migration
• Solid production support, troubleshooting & release management experience
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of Claude or similar GenAI tools for development productivity and technical analysis

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.




• Build reusable OmniStudio components, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Develop and maintain OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Decision Tables, and Expression Sets.
• Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, and declarative Salesforce capabilities.
• Support Vlocity Managed Package → OmniStudio Core migration, including impact assessment, remediation, testing, and deployment.
• Manage deployments through Copado and GitHub CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot application, deployment, and production issues.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, defect resolution, and release validation.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, BAs, QA, and development teams in an Agile environment.
• Follow Salesforce security, governance, sharing, and development best practices.
