Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer – Design to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of HVAC systems for a diverse range of building projects.
The role requires strong technical expertise in HVAC design, BIM coordination, multidisciplinary collaboration, and compliance with applicable engineering standards, authority requirements, and project specifications.
Required Skills & Experience
• 8–14 years of overall experience, with substantial experience in HVAC design within an engineering/design consultancy environment.
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, system selection, load calculations,
and building services engineering.
• Thorough understanding of relevant HVAC codes, standards, guidelines, and authority requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Revit is mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP, and BIM 360.
• Strong experience in HVAC drawings, BIM modelling, coordination, and space planning.
• Proven experience in building services design and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Gulf/UAE project experience is highly preferred.
• Robust communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project deliverables within deadlines.
