We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React JS and/or Java Spring Boot to work on scalable, highly available and cloud-first applications.
Key Skills & Requirements
Must-Have:
• 8+ years of experience in React JS (UI Development) and/or Java Backend Development
• Solid experience with Spring Boot or React
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience with distributed systems, OOP, design patterns and design methodologies
• Experience designing and delivering scalable, highly available and fault-tolerant applications

Technical Skills
• Frontend: React JS, JavaScript
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Spring CLI, Maven
• Architecture: Microservices, Distributed Systems, Concurrency, Multithreading & Parallel Processing
• Full Stack:



Node.js / MEAN / MERN
• Database: MongoDB / AWS DocumentDB
• Cloud: AWS, cloud-first environments
• Observability: Dynatrace, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch
• AI Coding Assistants: GitHub Copilot, Claude or similar agentic AI coding tools

Preferred Experience
• Strong exposure to AWS architecture
• Experience working in cloud-first environments with minimal on-premise infrastructure
• Ability to leverage AI-powered coding assistants effectively for development and productivity
• Strong problem-solving and system-design capabilities
