We're looking for a skilled Video Editor who can turn raw footage into sharp, engaging content that holds attention and drives results.
What you'll do
• Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Cut video ads with multiple hooks and versions for testing
• Produce explainer and product demo videos
• Add motion graphics, captions, sound design and colour grading
• Repurpose long-form footage into platform-ready clips
• Use AI video tools (CapCut AI, Runway, Heygen or similar) to speed up production
• Work with designers and marketers on briefs, feedback and revisions
Skills we're looking for
• 3+ years of qualified video editing experience
• Strong command of Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
• After Effects or motion graphics skills (a big plus)
• A clear understanding of hooks, pacing and retention for social video
• Colour correction, audio clean-up and sound design
• Fast turnaround and comfort with multiple revision rounds
• Bonus: experience editing ads and knowing how they performed (CTR, hook rate)
