The Opportunity Privado runs two entities, one in India and one in the US, with inter-company flows, two currencies, SaaS revenue that is billed upfront and earned over time, and compliance calendars in two countries. Today that is held together by Head of Finance. You will work directly with our internal CA.

What You'll Own

• Run daily accounting for both India and US entities
• Run monthly,



quarterly and annual close for India and US entities
• Prepare bank, credit card, AP/AR, intercompany, fixed asset, prepaid and deferred revenue reconciliations
• Assist in monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports
• Handle intercompany and multi-currency accounting, including FX gains/losses
• Support India compliances (GST, TDS, payroll statutory items, 15CA/15CB) and follow the US GAAP basics
• Onboard vendors, process invoices and run the bi-weekly payment cycle
• Support in managing employee expense claims, reimbursements.
• Maintain compliance calendars, audit schedules and finance SOPs up to date.

What We're Looking For

• You bring 1 to 3 years in accounting or finance operations, at a CA firm, a startup or a shared services team.
• CA Inter or B.Com qualified.
• Solid month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation experience.
• Working knowledge of Indian compliance and US GAAP fundamentals.
