Role Overview
RVR PRO is looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Business Development Specialist to expand our client base and grow our events and design business. The role involves identifying opportunities, understanding client requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and converting enquiries into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue business opportunities across weddings, social celebrations, corporate events, and brand experiences.
• Generate qualified leads through research, networking, referrals, outreach, and industry connections.
• Build solid relationships with prospective clients, corporate decision-makers, venues, hospitality partners, and event planners.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client expectations, budgets, timelines, and event requirements.
• Work with the creative, planning, and production teams to develop proposals, presentations, and quotations.




• Present RVR PRO’s & RVR Eventz and designs portfolio and services with confidence, clearly communicating the value of each proposal.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry and follow-ups to negotiation, confirmation, and handover.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved pricing and profitability guidelines.
• Maintain accurate lead records, pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and activity reports.
• Coordinate with finance on booking advances and agreed payment milestones.
• Ensure a clear handover of confirmed scope, commitments, budgets, and timelines to the execution team.
• Develop repeat business and referrals through consistent client relationship management.
