Role Description This is a full time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Lodhika. The Service Engineer will install, commission, and service CNC machines, stabilizers, transformers, air compressors, and related equipment at customer locations and within the facility. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and providing technical support to ensure minimum downtime and optimal performance of equipment.



The role involves conducting field visits, preparing service reports, coordinating with the internal team for spare parts and technical documentation, and supporting customers with clear communication and guidance on equipment usage and care.

Qualifications
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for CNC and related industrial equipment.
• Field service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer interaction.
• Maintenance and repair skills for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and collaborating with internal teams.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Willingness to travel for field service assignments and work in industrial environments.
• Basic knowledge of saf
