Role Description This is a full time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Surat. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to drive revenue and ROI for D2C brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing ad accounts, monitoring performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and refining targeting and creatives based on data insights.



The role also involves collaborating with creative and content teams on high-converting UGC and ad assets, preparing performance reports, and making strategic recommendations to improve acquisition and retention. The Performance Marketer will stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of campaign outcomes.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in performance marketing, including planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant ad networks.
• Candidates should possess data and analytics skills, including proficiency with tracking tools, interpreting campaign metrics, A/B testing, and using insights to inform optimization decisions.
• Candidates should possess skills in creative collaboration, including working with designers and content creators on ad creatives, UGC integration, and messaging that improves click-through and conversion rates.
