Role Description: SafeSociety is hiring graduate students, final-year college students and freshers for a flexible part-time role in lead generation, field sales, society onboarding and customer support. This position involves identifying and qualifying potential societies, meeting with management committees, and presenting SafeSociety’s platform and value proposition. The associate will work closely with internal stakeholders to refine outreach strategies.




Day-to-day tasks include getting leads and conversions.
This is an on-site role based in Ranchi requiring frequent visits to residential complexes and close collaboration with local partners and community representatives.
Qualifications:
• College students or freshers with 0–1 year of experience.
• Pursuing or completed graduation, BBA, diploma, or ITI.
• Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
• Comfortable visiting residential societies and meeting committee members.
• Basic smartphone skills and a willingness to learn.
• Available for part-time, need-based fieldwork.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present the platform clearly, generating leads, and successfully onboarding communities.
• Relevant experience in sales, business development, or community outreach, preferably in technology or real estate sectors, is beneficial.
