Role Description This is a full time remote Designer role focused on creating activewear and related visual assets for Sapien Activewear Pvt. Ltd. The Designer will conceptualize and develop apparel designs, including silhouettes, color palettes, and material selections that align with brand guidelines and customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include creating design sketches, digital mockups, and technical specifications,



collaborating with product and marketing teams, and refining designs based on feedback and performance requirements. The role also involves researching trends in sportswear and athleisure, preparing design files for production, and maintaining consistency across collections. The Designer will participate in virtual meetings, manage project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality and brand standards.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in fashion or apparel design, including sketching, conceptual design, and creating clear technical drawings.
• Proficiency with design and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software) for creating digital mockups and production-ready files.
• Understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and fit, particularly in sportswear or athleisure categories.
