Role Description This full-time,



on-site ASM/RSM/Sales Head role is based in the Greater Lucknow Area and focuses on driving sales growth for SONSHIV’s LED lighting and manufacturing solutions. The role involves managing and expanding distributor and channel partner networks, developing sales strategies, and achieving regional and organizational sales targets. Daily responsibilities include customer acquisition and retention, key account management, pricing and negotiation, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The position requires close coordination with internal teams for demand forecasting, order processing, timely delivery, and after-sales support. The ASM/RSM/Sales Head will also lead and mentor sales teams, conduct regular performance reviews, and prepare reports and dashboards for management review.
Qualifications
