Roles & Responsibilities• Own paid performance across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels, personally running and optimizing campaigns
• Manage the D2C online sales channels and online business end-to-end, driving online revenue and growth
• Plan, execute, and optimize against CPL, CPA, ROAS, and revenue targets
• Manage budget allocation and pacing, scale what works, cut what doesn't
• Run creative and audience testing to improve conversion efficiency
• Own the full funnel beyond the ad, from landing page through conversion to repeat purchase, applying D2C playbooks for funnel design, retention, and repeat purchase
• Oversee CRM and customer lifecycle management, driving acquisition, engagement, and retention




• Build messaging around the supplements buyer journey: trust, ingredients, efficacy, and subscriptions
• Own weekly and monthly reporting on spend, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and revenue impact

Additional Information• This is a hands-on, numbers-first role; personally running campaigns, not a team-lead-who-briefs-an-agency role. Candidates must be ready to walk through 1–2 campaigns personally owned, including platform, spend, CPL/CPA/ROAS, and revenue impact.

What We're Looking For
• 4+ years hands-on D2C performance marketing; personally running campaigns with end-to-end online business ownership and revenue responsibility
• Verifiable ₹4 crore+ online revenue impact candidates can walk through
• Full-funnel ownership from landing page through conversion to repeat purchase; solid CRM and lifecycle management
• Brand-side/in-house ownership of budget and P&L; impact; agency-only background is a dealbrea
