About Shop & Yours
Shop & Yours is a growing women’s fashion e-commerce brand, and we’re looking for someone to join our team and be part of the day-to-day operations behind the brand.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already has some experience working with a fashion or fashion e-commerce brand and enjoys being involved in the details that keep things moving.
You’ll work across inventory, orders, customers, vendors and logistics, while getting a closer look at how a growing fashion brand operates behind the scenes.
What you’ll be working on
• Managing inventory and keeping stock records updated
• Processing orders, returns and exchanges
• Handling customer queries and follow-ups
• Coordinating with vendors, manufacturers and courier partners
• Maintaining Excel / Google Sheets trackers
• Assisting with stock checks and daily operational requirements
• Keeping day-to-day records and processes organised
What we’re looking for
• Graduate with 0-1 years of experience
• Previous experience at a fashion or fashion e-commerce brand is required
• Background in fashion, fashion management, merchandising or retail is preferred
• Comfortable with Excel and Google Sheets
• Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi
• Organised, detail-oriented and responsible
• Someone who is hands-on and comfortable getting involved in day-to-day tasks
• Genuine interest in fashion and e-commerce
This is a junior role and is best suited to someone who has already spent some time working in a fashion environment and wants to continue growing within the industry.
