* Shift: 1st Shift / Morning
* Work Week: 6 Days with 1 Fixed/Rotational Off
* Preferred: Airline / Travel Process experience
? Key Requirements
✅ Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
✅ Clear, precise and skilled customer interaction
✅ Strong Scenario-Based Aptitude & Problem-Solving Skills
✅ Experience in Customer Support / BPO Operations
✅ Familiarity with Ticketing Systems / Airline-related Platforms
✅ Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
