About Brugo
Brugo is building a platform that makes home renovation and repair simpler by connecting customers with trusted professionals, local suppliers and quality materials.
We're looking for Field Executives to help us build and manage our network of shops, suppliers and professionals across Gurugram.
This is a 100% field-based role. You'll spend your day travelling across the city, meeting people, onboarding them onto Brugo and helping them get started on the platform.

What You'll Do
• Visit local shops, suppliers and professionals across Gurugram.
• Meet and explain Brugo to potential partners.
• Help partners register and complete their onboarding.
• Collect and verify basic partner information and documents.
• Help create their product or service listings.
• Visit existing partners for follow-ups and support.
• Find recent shops and professionals in your assigned areas.
• Maintain daily records of visits and onboarding.




• Coordinate with the Brugo team on partner-related tasks.

Who Can Apply
• Comfortable travelling around Gurugram every day.
• Good communication and basic people skills.
• Comfortable speaking with shop owners and working professionals.
• Willing to learn and work independently.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge is a plus.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Previous field experience in sales, merchant onboarding, customer service or similar work is a plus.
• Freshers can also apply.
