Backend Engineer – Python & FastAPI
We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade web
applications and APIs. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Python, FastAPI, and modern backend
systems, with a strong track record of deploying and supporting applications in production environments.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on building and deploying production-grade web applications and backend systems.




• Strong programming experience with Python and deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
(OOP) principles and patterns.
• In-depth, hands-on experience with FastAPI, including asynchronous programming, Pydantic models,
dependency injection, and web server gateways such as Uvicorn.
• Solid understanding of workers, threads, and concurrency models in Python (including async/await,
threading, multiprocessing, and background task processing).
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs (and familiarity with WebSockets
where relevant).
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, including SQL, database design,
ORM concepts, and query optimization.
