What Are the Expectations?
As a Junior Empower Engineer, you will be expected to:
• Build foundational knowledge of SASE and cloud-based security across multiple platforms.
• Resolve standard incidents with mentor support and escalate issues appropriately.
• Learn to execute configuration changes according to established change management procedures.
• Apply your training, coursework, and certification knowledge within live customer environments.
• Ensure every configuration change is complete, accurate, and ready for review by the Empower Di
