Position : Project / Construction Manager (Real Estate)
Location : Nyalata Village, Chevella, Hyderabad

Qualification
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 10 to 15 years of experience in residential real estate projects
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end residential construction projects.
• Solid experience in project planning, execution, contractor management, quality control, and site operations.
• Experience in handling large-scale residential developments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution




• Take overall responsibility for the planning, execution, monitoring, and timely completion of construction projects.
• Develop and implement project execution plans in line with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
• Identify potential delays, execution challenges, and project risks, and take timely corrective action.
• Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project plans, and applicable standards.

Site & Construction Management
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and provide strategic direction to site execution teams.
• Manage and coordinate Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants, and Vendors.
• Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of civil, structural, finishing, MEP, and other construction a
