As a Workday Security & Control Senior Manager you will lead client support efforts focused on Workday compliance, security, and control design within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Senior Manager you will bring strategic judgment, guide large work efforts, coach teams through complexity, and shape clear messages that help clients address security, access, and compliance needs across business applications.

In this role at PwC, you will help clients review control environments, assess security configurations,



and improve business process controls across Workday Financials and Core HCM. You will also contribute to project planning, resource coordination, and client conversations that require credibility, calm decision-making, and the ability to move issues forward in a changing workplace.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on Workday security, control design, and compliance considerations across Human Capital Management and financial processes
• Leading assessments of access controls, segregation of duties, and related risks across Workday configurations and integrations
• Directing large project workstreams for Workday implementation, optimization, and remediation efforts
• Developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource needs for complex consulting engagements
• Evaluating business process controls and translating findings into practical remediation recommendations
