We are looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to drive Terrai’s digital growth and revenue across D2C, marketplaces and paid media channels.
This is a hands-on, numbers-driven role for someone who understands that performance marketing is not just about generating clicks—it is about acquiring the right customers profitably and converting marketing investment into sustainable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will combine solid expertise in Meta and Google Ads with a sharp understanding of consumer behaviour, creative performance, funnel optimisation and e-commerce economics.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition• Own and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant digital platforms.
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with revenue, acquisition and profitability objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets, allocation and daily optimisation.
• Continuously optimise CAC, ROAS, MER, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rates.
• Build and manage prospecting, retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
2. Revenue & Growth• Take ownership of digital customer acquisition and contribute directly to D2C revenue growth.
• Develop monthly and quarterly growth plans with clear revenue and profitability targets.
• Analyse the complete customer funnel—from ad impression to purchase and repeat purchase.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across traffic, landing pages, product pages, checkout and conversion.
• Develop strategies to improve AOV, conversion rate, repeat purchase and customer LTV.
3. Creative Strategy• Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
• Identify winning creative formats, hooks, messaging and product propositions.
• Use performance data to determine what creative concepts should be scaled, refreshed or discontinued.
