About the Role
The Founder's Office sits at the intersection of strategy, revenue, partnerships and execution. This role works directly with the Founder to identify growth opportunities, build new businesses and IPs, unlock strategic partnerships and drive high-impact initiatives across Collective Artists Network.
This isn't a traditional Chief of Staff role. It's an operator's role for someone who can move seamlessly between commercial strategy, client conversations, creative thinking and operational execution.
What You'll Own
Strategic Business Initiatives
• Partner closely with the Founder to drive high-priority business initiatives across the company.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships and business extensions.
• Build GTM strategies for new products, IPs and strategic launches.
• Lead special projects from ideation through execution.
Brand Partnerships & Business Development
• Develop integrated partnership solutions for brands across Collective's ecosystem.
• Structure commercial opportunities spanning creators, content,
experiences and communities.
• Work directly with senior brand stakeholders to shape proposals and negotiate partnerships.
• Support new business pitches and commercial conversations.
IP & Community Building
• Build and scale original IPs from concept to execution.
• Develop monetization models around experiences and community-led businesses.
• Identify whitespace opportunities within culture, entertainment, wellness and luxury.
Cross-functional Leadership
• Drive alignment across Sales, Brand Solutions, Talent, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Operations.
• Ensure projects move efficiently across teams with explicit ownership and timelines.
• Build repeatable processes, templates and operating systems that improve execution.
Commercial & Operational Ownership
• Track commercial performance across key initiatives.
• Support forecasting, resource planning and business reporting.
