FlixStock is an AI-powered visual content platform helping global retail and fashion brands automate and scale their product photography. As we grow our international footprint, we're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to strengthen our finance function.
Why this role exists
As we scale across geographies, our financial analysis team needs a much sharper lens. We need someone who can go beyond number crunching, tracking spend and budgets is table stakes, but we need someone who can look at product and SKU-level data and tell us where the money is actually being made or lost, and how can we do better.
What is excepted from you
• Ability to conduct cost analysis at the product and SKU level to identify margin and efficiency opportunities, and turn findings into cost control and revenue optimization recommendations.
• Track and control budgets across departments, flag deviations before they become a problem, and run budget-vs-actual variance analysis for leadership.
• Own and maintain MIS reports for management decision-making, working with Sales,
Operations and Product to gather the spend and revenue inputs behind them.
• Manage forex transactions, exposure tracking and related accounting entries.
• Ability to explain your numbers and workings without fumble.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations, and assist with tax and accounting compliance across Poland, Singapore and the USA.
Who you are
• You think in margins, not just numbers. A cost report isn't the end point for you it's the start of a "so what should we do" conversation.
• You're precise. Compliance and MIS reportings don't leave room for "close enough."
• You can explain finance to non-finance people where required.
Must-haves
• CA / CA Final (with relevant analytical exposure) or MBA Finance
• 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, costing or accounting
• Hands-on experience with SKU-level costing analysis
• Robust Excel/financial modeling skills, and familiarity with accounting
