We are looking for highly experienced Presales / Solutioning & Delivery Lead with 20+ years of experience in Multi-Tower Data & Analytics solutioning and deep technical expertise in Data Warehousing, SQL/PL-SQL, RDBMS, ETL areas.
The role combines technical solutioning, client-facing presales, architecture, estimation and delivery leadership. Experience with Cloud Data Engineering / Modern cloud data platforms & SAP Data Integration is highly desirable and will be considered a solid advantage.
Key Responsibilities 1. Presales & Solutioning • Lead technical solutioning for Data Warehouse, Data Migration, Data Modernization and Data Engineering opportunities.
• Understand client business objectives, current-state architecture, technology landscape and pain points.
• Conduct discovery workshops with client stakeholders, application owners, data architects and platform teams.
• Analyze legacy DWH environments and identify opportunities for:
o Re-platforming
o Migration
o Modernization
o Consolidation
o Performance optimization
o Technology rationalization
Develop solution architecture,
technical approach, migration strategy and implementation roadmap.
• Create solution proposals, architecture diagrams, effort estimates, staffing models and delivery plans.
• Participate in RFP/RFI responses and client presentations.
• Lead technical discussions during client evaluations and solution presentations.
• Work closely with sales teams to convert opportunities into executable delivery programs.
• Drive estimation, planning, resource requirements and delivery milestones.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, assumptions and issues.
• Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and deliverable.
2. Delivery Leadership
• Practice Leader for Legacy DWH - Manage & Oversee Delivery for Legacy DWH Practice.
• Partner with Sales Team to convert sales leads to delivery engagements
• Guide architects, technical leads and engineering teams.
• Review technical designs and ensure adherence
