Position Summary
This role is focussed on Business Analytics, Market Intelligence, and Competitive Mapping with forecasting experience with Go to market strategy , bringing governance within function, implement process improvements within our function, preparing MIS, budgetary control and focussed on special strategic projects which are of high significance for the organisation. Candidate would be responsible for preparing MIS for Senior leadership, monitor Global budgets and its performance, liaison with Global lawfirms, maintain engagement letters and ensure all invoices are as per engagements signed, monitor performance of portfolio post commercial launch, implement IDP for team and work with HR on key initiatives for the function. Candidate would also monitor key updates on competitive Intelligence and provide summary to Senior Leadership.

White-Space & Prospect Mapping: Pinpoint therapeutic gaps, unserved geographical pockets, and high-growth sub-segments within the Indian Pharmaceutical Market (IPM) and emerging regions.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Education:



B.Pharm / Science / backed by an MBA from a premier institution.
• Experience:
• 5 to 10 years of core experience spanning Market Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, and Business Development/Licensing within the pharmaceutical sector (Branded Generics).
• Proven track record of successfully evaluating and closing in-licensing deals, asset acquisitions, or strategic partnerships within the Indian market and Emerging Markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, Africa, LATAM, CIS).

• Technical & Data Expertise:
• Deep mastery of pharma databases (IQVIA, AWACS, Pharmatrac) and emerging-market equivalent retail audits.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skill set for deal-making.
