THE SITUATION
With nearly 40 full-service dining establishments across Vietnam, Cambodia, India, and Japan, Pizza 4P‘s is an innovative pizza brand originating from Vietnam, known for its commitment to quality ingredients, unique flavors, and a socially responsible approach. 4P‘s has crafted our company and brand identity around the fundamental value of Omotenashi, among others, embracing the ethos of wholehearted unconditional hospitality.
As we continue to broaden our global footprint, with India emerging as our next key focus country following Vietnam, we're pleased to announce the successful launch of our first store in India, Pizza 4P's Indiranagar, Bangalore in December 2023. We currently operate two restaurants in Bangalore (Indiranagar and Bagmane) and are expanding our footprint with recent restaurants (e.g. Manyata), a centralized/delivery kitchen, and cheese-production facilities in Bangalore and Mumbai, with Mumbai expansion underway.




The Senior Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving our growth by overseeing store concepts and site management during the construction phase to ensure timeline and quality excellence at Pizza 4P's India. This position reports to the Country Manager (India), in coordination with the NSD function and Vietnam HQ, and works closely with the Design team.
THE DELIVERABLES
1. Store Concept Development:
• Bring engineering feasibility and site constraints into the design from the concept stage, owning technical/operational feasibility while the Design team leads aesthetics and quality.

2. Layout Design & Drafting (CAD)
• Produce and maintain civil layouts and as-built drawings in-house using CAD (AutoCAD; Revit/3D modeling preferred).
• Own coordination of the full layout set across five layers — Civil, MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing), Equipment (kitchen/bar/pizza station), Furniture, and Carpet (circulation area) — reconciling all into one construction-ready drawing set.
• Freeze in sequence (Civil + MEP + Equipment → F
