We're looking for a highly organized and client-focused Key Account Manager to own customer relationships from the initial discovery call through deal closure. If you enjoy working with clients, managing proposals, negotiating pricing, and collaborating with design teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do✅ Manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle
✅ Conduct discovery calls to understand exhibit and branding requirements
✅ Present design concepts and pricing options tailored to client budgets
✅ Create detailed quotations and proposals
✅ Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
✅ Coordinate with design and estimation teams for timely project delivery




✅ Drive consistent follow-ups to move opportunities toward closure

What We're Looking For✔ 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Servicing, or a customer-facing role
✔ Solid communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Experience creating quotations, proposals, and pricing documents
✔ CRM experience (NetSuite is a plus)
✔ Strong organizational and follow-up skills
✔ Exposure to events, exhibitions, trade shows, construction, design, or related industries is an advantage
