We are looking for a Training & Research Coordinator who is curious about technology, enjoys research and has an interest in the cybersecurity and skilled training ecosystem.
What You Will Do
Training & Market Research
• Research emerging technologies, cybersecurity domains, certifications and industry trends.
• Identify new course, workshop and bootcamp opportunities based on market demand.
• Research competitor training programs, certifications, pricing, formats and offerings.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in our existing training portfolio.
• Track new certifications and technologies relevant to the IT and cybersecurity market.
Trainer & Resource Research
• Research and identify suitable trainers, instructors and cybersecurity professionals.
• Build and maintain a database of relevant industry experts and trainers.
• Evaluate trainer profiles based on technical expertise, certifications, industry experience and training capability.
• Reach out to potential trainers and coordinate with them regarding training opportunities.
• Share suitable trainer/resource profiles with the Training & Academics team.
Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare simple and actionable market research reports and recommendations.
• Present findings on new technologies, certifications, competitors and potential training programs.
• Maintain updated research databases, trainer information and course/market tra
