We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who lives and breathes Meta Ads and knows that creative strategy is half the battle. If you can optimize funnels, write compelling ad copy, and scale ad spend while keeping ROAS healthy, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

• Media Buying: Plan, execute, and scale high-budget Meta Ad campaigns across Instagram and Facebook.
• Creative Strategy: Own the creative pipeline—ideate video and image hooks, write high-converting ad scripts, and iterate rapidly based on performance data.
• Funnel & CRO Optimization: Analyze full-funnel metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, AOV) and collaborate on landing page optimization to drive conversions.
• Data & Reporting:



Track performance daily, run structured A/B tests on audiences and creatives, and present actionable insights to leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience running and scaling performance campaigns on Meta Ads in the Indian market.
• A robust portfolio or track record of managing ad spend and improving ROAS/CPA.
• Exceptional copywriting and creative thinking skills—you don't just look at numbers; you know why an ad creative works.
• Deep understanding of tracking setups (Meta Pixel, Conversions API) and attribution.
• Based in or willing to work from Delhi (In-Office)
