Role Description The Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations at Ashish Gurbani Studio. This role includes managing client relationships,



coordinating project timelines, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, the creative team, and external partners. The Business Manager will handle budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking for shoots and campaigns, as well as support strategic planning and business development initiatives. Daily responsibilities also involve optimizing workflows, monitoring studio performance metrics, and implementing policies and processes that improve efficiency and client satisfaction. The role requires proactive problem-solving, organization, and the ability to maintain a professional studio environment aligned with the studio’s creative standards.
