• ? LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
• ? Reels, Shorts, project videos & testimonials
• ?️ Content from real construction projects and job sites
• ✍️ Blogs, case studies, landing pages & educational content
• ? Google & Meta advertising performance
• ? Coordination and accountability with our external marketing agency
• ? AI-powered content creation & marketing workflows
• ? New ideas to continuously grow Metricon’s digital presence
? We’re looking for someone who:✅ Has 4–7 years of relevant experience
✅ Has strong video editing + visual content skills
✅ Writes excellent English for a U.S. audience
✅ Can work independently and take ownership
✅ Understands social media + digital advertising
✅ Knows how to turn raw footage into compelling stories
✅ Is proactive, organized and constantly looking for opportunities
✅ Has a solid portfolio of work they personally created
Real estate / construction / architecture experience is a plus.
? Location: Pune preferred | Remote India considered
? Schedule: India-based with regular U.S. Pacific Time overlap
