Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales of Vichitra Collection’s luxury ethnic wear, textiles, and handcrafted products through personalized customer engagement. This is a commission-based role with earnings linked to individual sales performance,



and it is structured as a hybrid position based in Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility for client follow-ups and online outreach. Day-to-day activities include welcoming and assisting customers in the showroom, understanding their preferences, presenting product options, and closing sales while maintaining high standards of service. The role also involves building and nurturing client relationships, managing inquiries via phone and digital channels, and coordinating with the design and operations teams for customized and bespoke orders. The Commission Sales Associate will contribute to visual merchandising, participate in events or exhibitions when required, and update sales records to ensure accurate tracking of performance and inventory.
