Drive AI-led transformation across Treasury functions by identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency, controls, reporting, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate combines robust Treasury/Finance expertise with hands-on experience applying AI and automation technologies to the day-to-day processes.

What you’ll be doing

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Identify and deliver AI use cases across Treasury, Cash Management, Reconciliations, Payments, Forecasting, and Reporting.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Copilot, GenAI, Power Platform, Python, and analytics tools.
• Automate manual, repetitive, and data-intensive finance processes.
• Develop intelligent dashboards, predictive insights, and self-service reporting capabilities.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, IT, and Data teams to scale automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, audit, and control requirements.
• Drive AI adoption through training, Change Management, and best-practice sharing.





You will report to Senior Delivery Lead - Treasury Operations, Investments.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Required Skills And Abilities

• Relevant years of Treasury/ Finance Transformation experience.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering AI or automated solutions within Treasury/ Cash/ Finance functions leading efficiencies/ cost savings in the process
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Python, SQL, and AI tools.
• Robust understanding of Cash Management, Banking Operations, Reconciliations, Payments, and Financial Reporting.
• Exposure to Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, FIS etc.) preferred.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and control mindset.
